About the Advocate
Advocate Priya Sharma holds a B.Com LLB degree and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2013. She is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and practises before the District & Sessions Court at Jamshedpur.
She is also empanelled as a Panel and Retainer Advocate with the District Legal Services Authority, East Singhbhum, under the Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority — a role entrusted by the courts to advocates who represent citizens in need of legal aid.
Her practice centres on criminal law — from the first hours after an FIR or arrest, through bail, trial and appeal — alongside cheque-bounce prosecutions, family disputes, civil litigation and the vetting of property and commercial documents.
Clients come to her at the most difficult moments of their lives. She answers with clear advice, careful preparation and complete confidentiality, and keeps every client informed at each stage of their matter.
